I’ve never understood why so many places make you ring up to find out what something costs.
Here’s everything.
Made specifically for your teeth and used at home with professional whitening gel.
Add custom trays to your laser appointment for $170 — saving $115 compared with purchasing the two treatments separately.
Other returning-client offers are available after that and are sent by email.
$45 for one syringe, $70 for two — for clients who already have their custom trays.
$40 off laser whitening for 2–3 people, bringing it to $220 each. $65 off for 4 or more, bringing it to $195 each. Custom trays stay the usual $170 add-on, and appointments can be consecutive or on separate days.
Buying it for someone else? A gift voucher covers a full laser whitening appointment — bought in about two minutes and delivered by email straight away. See gift vouchers.
There’s no separate consultation charge — the treatment price above includes everything listed here.
Clients come to me all the time having already been quoted elsewhere. What they commonly tell me is around $600 for custom trays and $700 or more for in-chair whitening at a dental practice.
I’m not going to pretend I know what every dental practice charges — because I don’t. Those are simply the figures clients regularly tell me they’ve been quoted.
What I can tell you is what you’re paying for here: more than 20 years specialising specifically in teeth whitening, professional products and equipment, one-to-one treatment and honest advice about what’s realistic for your teeth.
“Before we started she showed me the shade of my teeth on a sort of color scale then compared it to after, showing the dramatic difference. She explained everything I needed to know about aftercare and maintenance, and I also received more info via email after the session which is great since I always forget everything!”
For most people, laser and trays together offer the best overall value — because the two treatments complement each other.
Your in-clinic appointment gives you an immediate result. Your custom trays then give you the flexibility to continue whitening at home if you’d like to go further, and to top up your smile whenever you feel it needs it.
The trays are yours to keep and can often be reused for years with fresh whitening gel.
When you choose both, your custom trays are $170 rather than $285 — making the combined treatment $430.
That said, if you only want the in-clinic treatment, that’s absolutely fine. I’ll help you choose what’s right for what you actually want to achieve, rather than automatically steering you towards the most expensive option.
“We spend so much on facials and creams etc and having a whiter smile can be a game changer!”
Afterpay, EFTPOS or cash.
A whitening appointment makes a lovely gift — particularly for a birthday, wedding, special occasion, or someone who’d simply never think to book it for themselves.
Vouchers can be bought online and sent straight through, so they work perfectly well as a last-minute present — and the recipient books whenever suits them.
“This procedure was a very generous 70th birthday gift from my daughter who lives in WA. (Laser & trays). I had laser yesterday with Terri who was very professional and explained the procedure clearly and checked on me regularly. As an older person I’m very impressed with the result and followed "all white diet" instructions Terri gives for the following 24hrs.”
Yes. Returning clients can come back for a follow-up treatment for $140 when booked within three months, with other returning-client offers available after that.
I send returning-client offers by email, so there’s nothing you need to remember or keep track of — they’ll arrive when they’re relevant to you.
“I’ve seen Terri around four times over the past 10 years, and I’ve loved my results every single time! She’s incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, making every appointment a pleasure. In my experience, Terri achieves better results than other places I’ve in Christchurch, which is why I keep coming back time and time again. Highly recommend! 😊”
Whitening is progressive. Some people get everything they hoped for in one appointment. Others would like to keep going, which is entirely normal.
You can come back for a follow-up appointment — $140 when booked within three months, with other returning-client offers available after that — or take custom trays home and continue at your own pace.
“My first appointment was a great result was amazing and I was thrilled. Terri kindly suggested a follow up appointment a few weeks later to give the best outcome. I’m so glad she did, as now my teeth are so bright and white it’s incredible. The second session gives such impact on an already great initial result.”

Sometimes, and I’d rather be honest than scaremonger.
There’s nothing wrong with wanting to spend less. What I’d say is this: ask what system is being used, how long the person has been whitening teeth specifically, and whether they take a shade reading before and after so you can actually see what changed.
If the answers are vague, I’d be cautious. If they’re clear and you’re comfortable with what you’re being offered, you can make an informed decision.
Where I’d be more careful is with very cheap, off-the-shelf home kits. Some use lower-strength whitening products or generic rather than custom-fitted trays, and people can end up seeing very little change — which is often how they arrive here believing their teeth simply don’t whiten.
“Incredible experience getting my teeth whitened here! The service was exceptionally friendly and efficient, making the whole process quick and comfortable. I was amazed by the result – my teeth ended up even whiter than i expected, but still natural, which is an incredible transformation for such great value.”
