Can they put it towards something else?Yes. If they’d like custom trays as well, the voucher comes off the total and they pay the difference.
What if they’re nervous about it?Tell them to say so when they book. It’s the thing people are quietest about, and it genuinely changes how I run the appointment.
What if they have crowns or veneers?Whitening doesn’t change the colour of dental work. Worth them reading about the order to do things in first.
