Cancellation Policy – Respecting Your Time and Ensuring Great Results!

At The White Smile Company, your time is valuable to us, and we kindly ask for the same consideration in return. Our cancellation policy helps us provide every client with the highest level of care and ensures we deliver the best results possible by maintaining a smooth and efficient schedule. When appointments are canceled at the last minute or missed, it not only impacts our team but also other clients who are waiting for an opening.

Here’s how our policy works:

  • Deposits: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit helps us prepare for your session and reduces no-shows. With adequate notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new booking.
  • Cancellations/Reschedules:
    • 48+ Hours’ Notice: Your deposit will be transferred to your new booking.
    • Less than 48 Hours’ Notice: A 50% service fee will apply to cover the reserved time.
    • 12 Hours or Less/No-Shows: The full service fee will be charged, as it’s not possible to rebook the slot on such short notice.
  • Late Arrivals:
    • Arriving 10 minutes late or longer will result in reduced treatment time to accommodate other clients.
